                                   Land - insisting
                                    As
                                   They do
                                    So
                                   That they'll
                                    Restore
                                   It - and
                                    It
                                   Won't be
                                    Long before
                                   They'll
                                    Blend with
                                   All
                                    That went
                                   Before
                                    Except that
                                   Where
                                    The grass
                                   Once
                                    Grew there's
                                   Concrete
                                    Door-to-
                                   Door

                                   Oh! they'll
                                    Plant
                                   Trees and
                                    Shrubs
                                   All right
                                    But
                                   They won't
                                    Be
                                   The native
                                    Types
                                   With acorns
                                    Brown
                                   Or
                                    Berries red
                                   For they
                                    Might
                                   Fall upon
                                    Our
                                   Heads and
                                    Acorn-
                                   Damaged folk
                                    Might
                                   Sue - and
                                   And a
                                    That
                                   Of course
                                    Would
                                   Never do

                                   So let's
                                    Be
                                   Grateful as
                                    We
                                   Queue up
                                    At
                                   The pumps
                                    Or
                                   In the
                                    Store
                                   For we
                                    Can
                                   Now shop
                                    Round
                                   The clock
                                    And if
                                   We
                                    Should do
                                   Till we
                                    Drop
                                   The
                                    In-store
                                   Cafe
                                    Can provide
                                   Both food
                                    And
                                   Drink till
                                    We
                                   Revive
                                    Sufficiently to
                                   Walk
                                    Outside - load
                                   Up
                                    The boot
                                   And
                                    Homeward drive

                                   And
                                    What's a
                                   Green
                                    Field more
                                   Or
                                    Less when
                                   We
                                    Can shop
                                   Without the
                                    Stress
                                   That once
                                    Made
                                   All this
                                    Such
                                   A chore -
                                    And
                                   Took us
                                    Half
                                   A day
                                    Or
                                   More - so
                                    Raise
                                   Your hats
                                    To
                                   Superstores
                                    And
                                   One-stop
                                    Shopping
                                   Evermore!
